what is the fats?

The fats is composed of fatty acids that comes from the fatty food and the body can convert any excess food into fatty acids that stored on the liver, muscles or under the skin.

what is the importance of the fats?

The fats as a big role in our body if we take it by a moderate extent as:

  • protecting the body organs.
  • preserving the temperature of the body.
  • providing energy to support cells functions.
  • Helping organs absorb nutrients.
  • Helping organs to product hormones.

 What is sections of the fats?

  • Saturated fats.
  • Monounsaturated fats.
  • polyunsaturated fats.
  • Trans fats.

-The side effects for the fats represented in weight gain, increase heart risk and blood vessel clots, also the fats make many diseases when the person become fat as:

  • Liver diseases.

  • Digestive problems.
  • The cancer.
