Healthy life style is life in which your body,your health,your breathing be better more than the past. and to achieve this you have to follow the next advises as much as you can. I get this gold advises from a doctor and a gym coach.First,you have to reduce your bad habits gradually because once you change all your bad habits lump sum you can't continue then you will stop,change your bad habits one by one each week.
- Lets's start with sleep, the best sleep is to sleep early and get up early,the recommended sleep from 10 pm to 4 am.
- According to the sugar, the best alternatives from any source of sugar you eat are: Stivia sugar and fruits(limited quantity in week).
