What is vitamin D?

  Vitamin D is the most important vitamin in our body as it has 2000 uses in our body.It is the vitamin that is produced by our body,when the sun rays falls in our skin,our skin converts the rays to vitamin D.Each cell has a recipient for vitamin D only!!!! 

   What is it's importance for us?

  • It makes hormones like the hormones of the masculinity and womanhood.
  • It maintains the survival of the calcium and phosphate.
  • It prevents cramps and fragility for adults.
  • It prevents rickets for children.
  • It prevents infections.
  • Modulation of genes that regulate cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis in part.

  What is the symptoms of the decrease in vitamin D?

  • Pain in the body.however, after muscular effort or you don't do!
  • Immunodeficiency.
  • Severe anemia.
  • Diabetic and pressure patient.
  • Problems in skin.
  • Problems in the teeth.
  • Osteoporosis.
  • Depression.

   How can we take it?

  • Exposure to sunlight in the morning times.
  • Animal fats.
  • whale liver oil.
  • Vitamin D3(cholecaciferol) is preferred more than vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) with vitamin k2 or with animal fats.
  • Sesame.

  Three things causes that decrease in vitamin D:

  • The absence of gallbladder.
  • The absence of the sun.
  • The stress that causes cortisone that prevents the vitamin D enter the cell from it's recipient.

  The causes of vitamin D toxicity than you should avoid:

  • The percentage of calcium is high.
  • The overdose in vitamin D.
  • Taking Other dietary supplements in increased doses.
  • Sitting in the sun for long periods.

  The journey of the calcium in our body(related vitamin D):

  1. Vitamin D takes calcium from the intestine to the blood.
  2. Vitamin K2 takes the calcium from blood to the bones and the teeth.
  3. Vitamin F takes the calcium from the blood to the skin to gives it immunity.
