Importance of water!

 

The importance of the water:

  • From 50% to 70% from our body is water.
  • It is responsible for the complex process to convert the food to energy.
  • It fixes the damaged tissues.
  • It gets rid of wastes and much more.
  • It keeps the internal environment constant from temperature and the amount of salts.
  • It keeps your cells filled even the skin cells.
  • The cells and organs need high amount of oxygen that will be taken from water.
  • It makes the take out of the stool easier.
  • It prevents many diseases that happen in the bowl as hemorrhoids and diverticular diseases.
  • The liver and the kidney need water to break the chemical and harmful diseases to get rid of them.
  • It prevents the accumulation of waste.
  • It regulates the temperature of the body.
  • It compensates the lost liquids.
  • It decreases the feeling of hunger.

The Harmful effects of drinking too much water:

  • Decreasing Sodium element that causes nausea.
  • Epileptic fit.
  • Syncope.
  • Brain destruction.

The signs of the dehydration :

  • The urinary with darker color than usual.
  • The drought mouth.
  • Drowsiness and tiredness.
  • Extreme thirst.
  • Headache.
  • Confusion.
  • Dizziness and lightheadedness.
  •  No tears when crying.

The people most susceptible to hydration:

  • Someone trains at high intensity in hot weather for a long time.
  • Specific medical cases like:kidney stones and cystitis.
  • A fever,Vomiting and reflux patient.
  • A pregnant or wet nurse woman.
  • Someone who try to lose weight.
  • Taking medicines that helps in the dehydration.
  • The elderly as the brain doesn't send messages to make the person feel thirsty.

The right times to drink water:

  • A glass when  you feel hunger as this feeling mingles with the feeling of thirst.
  • A glass when you wake up to get rid from the toxines.
  • A glass before taking a shower to decrease the blood pressure.
  • A glass before going to sleep by half an hour to renew the cells and compensate the liquids. 
  • A glass before the meal by half an hour to improve the digestion.
  • A glass before,during and after the workout.

Note:

-The quantity of fluid a day differs from person to another.actually you drink water just to keep hydrate.So,you can infer the percentage of hydration from the signs that mentioned earlier.
